What is Quality Media’s return policy?
Need to return a product? No problem! Our customer service team is ready to help you with that process. Products may be returned within 90 days of purchase in original packaging for a refund. There is a 15% restocking free. Please call our Customer Service Department at (800) 552-9427 to obtain a return authorization number.

Does Quality Media offer services to adjust and repair laminators and other equipment?
Quality Media has a contracted technical support team that will travel to service laminators and cutting equipment.
Does Quality Media offer technical support on products and applications?
Quality Media has five seasoned technical salespeople that can assists customers with choosing products for specific applications. All material should be tested by purchaser to determine final suitability. Quality Media will not be held responsible for customer’s end use of product. Quality Media is available for directions and advice as to proper use and application of our products.
