After submitting this form, you will be contacted by a member of our Customer Service Department with instructions on how to return your product.
A finished sample is required for any claims of defect. Defect must be clearly marked, circled or highlighted. Material must be returned in good condition in original packaging. We cannot accept returns of unboxed material. Upon return and inspection, a credit will be issued. Please note however, that if the material is determined to be of acceptable quality, it may be returned to you at Quality’s discretion. Returns must be sent to Quality's return department within 30 days.
