Quality Media and Laminating Solutions is now carrying the newest window product from Lintec: VisionControlFilm®. This innovative premium window film is optically clear from one angle view and magically transforms into a frosted film when viewed at a different angle. Where can this film be used?
Retail Product Launches
The first application is for retail displays. If you have a client that is looking to create excitement and buzz around a new product launch, then VisionControlFilm® is the perfect solution. For example, a store could install the Z- 2555 film on the windows in the front of their store. The Z-2555 creates a frosted film when viewed from both sides. However, the film becomes optically clear when standing directly in front of the window. This would help generate attention in places that have a lot of foot traffic (i.e. malls and outlet stores).
Conference Rooms
The second application is to use this product on conference room windows or other areas that require privacy. For example, if you have a second floor conference room that can be seen from the first floor, you can install Y-2555. People entering the building on the first floor will not be able to see into the conference room. However, people inside the conference room will still be able to see out of the windows,
Can VisionControlFilm be printed?
Yes, it is compatible with UV curable printers. However, if you plan to change the graphics periodically, there is a more economical solution. We suggest printing on Lintec’s E-2203RC film (4 mil optically clear scratch resistant PET with ultra removable adhesive) and applying it on top of the VisionControlFilm®. The effect of the VisionControlFilm® does not change and the ultra removable adhesive will not damage the VisionControlFilm®.
